Tomorrow I’m Dead
Tomorrow I’m dead
Yes, it may be so
I never may know
When I will go
So I live each day
As if it was my last
Helping so many
Living well but not fast
Giving and loving
All that I meet
It’s come to be easy
Not a big feat
And where ever I go
Good people know
Of the love and the kindness
I always will show
And in the end
I live a better life
For everyone
Kind of nice, don’t you think?
Yes, it may be so
I never may know
When I will go
So I live each day
As if it was my last
Helping so many
Living well but not fast
Giving and loving
All that I meet
It’s come to be easy
Not a big feat
And where ever I go
Good people know
Of the love and the kindness
I always will show
And in the end
I live a better life
For everyone
Kind of nice, don’t you think?

Death and Rebirth
The storm raged outside
Fire in the clouds, darkness all around
Uh! I am dead!
I must confide
My life seemed so sound
The smell of crepes, not dread
The sweet breakfast of my past
The stress of my work now seems faint
The spiral of the worlds stand quiet now
The winds of my new future will not last
And gone will be the taint
And a new life will begin, but I know not where or how
I am reborn.
Fire in the clouds, darkness all around
Uh! I am dead!
I must confide
My life seemed so sound
The smell of crepes, not dread
The sweet breakfast of my past
The stress of my work now seems faint
The spiral of the worlds stand quiet now
The winds of my new future will not last
And gone will be the taint
And a new life will begin, but I know not where or how
I am reborn.

Life Happens
Whatever happened to dreams come true
Whatever happened to me and you
We live far apart
No life and no art
The things that made us
Who we are
In the past
Far away
Adventures to work
No time to go play
Alone I go work
Money for time
Dreams changed to exhaustion
Stress and fine wine
What is so good
About the good things in life
When all I want
Is time with my wife
Whatever happened to me and you
We live far apart
No life and no art
The things that made us
Who we are
In the past
Far away
Adventures to work
No time to go play
Alone I go work
Money for time
Dreams changed to exhaustion
Stress and fine wine
What is so good
About the good things in life
When all I want
Is time with my wife
More Thoughts on Life
What happened to those adventures
We used to take
When we were oh so young
What happened to those plans
We used to make
They always seemed like fun
But now we sit
And drudge away
This life we almost live
And dream of the past
When we used to play
Oh what I wouldn’t give
To be there again with you
We used to take
When we were oh so young
What happened to those plans
We used to make
They always seemed like fun
But now we sit
And drudge away
This life we almost live
And dream of the past
When we used to play
Oh what I wouldn’t give
To be there again with you
Thoughts on Life
When we were young
And oh so poor
How happy we used to be
But now we’re old
With money’s score
A sorrowful sight to see
And oh so poor
How happy we used to be
But now we’re old
With money’s score
A sorrowful sight to see

He is Calling
Life is filled
With ups and downs
Sunny smiles
And cloudy frowns
But no matter the weather
Life’s season brings
The truth of Jesus
Always rings
Calling us home
To rest in his care
Answering in his own way
Our every prayer
For he listens and watches
Over us all
And if you quietly listen
You’ll hear him call
Each one of us by name
To follow him
With ups and downs
Sunny smiles
And cloudy frowns
But no matter the weather
Life’s season brings
The truth of Jesus
Always rings
Calling us home
To rest in his care
Answering in his own way
Our every prayer
For he listens and watches
Over us all
And if you quietly listen
You’ll hear him call
Each one of us by name
To follow him
