Tainted colors
Of tainted dreams
Nothing here is
As it seems

Tainted days
And tainted nights
Colors fade
In dimming lights

Grayness comes
This reverie of blight
Dreams to oblivion
Fractured delight

And when morning comes
In tones cheerless and grim
From the cold winds that blow
In a world muted and dim

This Evening

Sadness fills me to despair
I look around and no not where
Troubled times have come to stay
I wish to hide and go away
Tears of grayness fill my heart
I’ve little left except my art
And when time come to pass it down
All there’ll be is this rusty crown
