Ran with his toy
Hiding behind the closet door
When mom went a’ finding
For the boy who wasn’t minding
The closet she forgot to explore

Like Christ
Giving life
To those we touch
Spreading his light

Deviant Redefined

We live in time of dark despair
Where what was wrong is right
And selfish ambitions rule the day
While immorality rules the night

We are now the deviants
Who cling to Godly ways
We are now the deviants
And all that it conveys

Deviant in marriage
For one is all we need
And deviant in church
They don’t think their’s need

Deviant in our clothing
For ours does not reveal
Deviant in the way we live
It just seems so unreal

We are now the deviants
Since good and bad exchanged
And they are now the norm
And all the world has changed

Fun in the Sun

Sun
And fun
Time to play
Has just begun
By the river’s edge
On this warm sunny day
I’ll swim and splash with my friends
Loving life till the day is done
