Dream Land

Draining away
The last rays of light
From sleepy eyes
To dreamland might

Bring her wonders
A dragon in flight
And knight in armor
Shining so bright

To fight for their honor
And defend what is good
She is the princess
And does as she should

Giving them courage
And reason to be
The knight and the hero
For all to see

The sweeping away
Into sweet romance
Dinner and music
And a courtly dance

And late in the night
When her dream turns quite steamy
She sleeps with a smile
Happy and dreamy
