The End of Freddy’s Great Facade

A great façade it seemed to be
Hiding his anger where no one could see

A happy face and cheerful smile
While deep inside all the while

In a secret place he would steam scream and vent
But no one around would see his bent

Or so that is what he often thought
But reality is not what it ought

People saw, people knew
People watched as his anger grew

But because he hid his anger away
His problems grew most every day

Then Freddy’s anger burst one day
It started like fire in old dry hay

It built up fast, it never slowed
Upon his anger he rode and rode

And in his mind he seethed and goaded
Until finally his head simply exploded

It was nothing big that started his end
It was something that Freddy could not comprehend

Much like a riddle it was simply that could not wait
Why in the world do they sell hot dogs bun in packs of six and hot dogs in packs of eight….
