Blue Skies and Beaches

Blue skies forever
With nary a cloud to be seen
Sun drenched beaches
White washed clean

Rolling waves
That peaceful sound
Here no stress
Or worry is found

By the setting sun
We’ll be holding hands
And kissing each other
As the time demands

In this far away place
Where I am here with you
Pleasures are many
And stresses are few

We dance into the night
While our beating hearts take flight
Under sheets of snowy white
And try as we might

We are lost within the dream
